I've started an exercise routine again this week because I've been feeling generally bad and unproductive. I thought a short workout 3 times a week might help me feel better. My muscles are so shaky.

oooooh not my fav exercise in pilates...what I hate the most is the "surf board" body stance

What is this one called in pilates? :) I workout to two Blogilates videos (one for abdominals and one for obliques) but this one is from a different video on inner thighs from Ballet Beautiful before she removed her instructional exercise videos from YouTube. I'm lucky that I saved the video for when I'm away from home and didn't have internet. :heart: Now you can get her instructional videos from a paid service (about $8 per video) linked from her Youtube channel. I really love this one, and BOY it is a KILLER.

I go to the gym which is riiight next to my home so I have no excuses to slack off :D

lol I once has a gym membership that a friend pressured me into getting to the gym down the street from her house too far for me to walk to and I don't have a car so I'd have to walk and bus there), despite me not having an income. She wanted me to get it saying we would go to the gym regularly together to exercise and if I came with her, it would motivate her. We never ended up going and I wasted $100. :( She also turned out not to be a good friend. 

That link remind me... This picture also makes me now think of this in  hindsight... Dang, I can't get the video to load. The internet connection is being a butt. There's a montage in this movie though where the main character, Molly, does yoga and gets so wrapped up she tells the instructor, "Please help me, this is starting to hurt," and he just goes, "Oh my God..." and in the next scene she's holding her finger up for the little girls she nannies for as she does 100 pirouettes, and Molly's wearing a neck brace. This is also one of my favorite movies, so I'm excited to see it offered for free on youtube right now. ( > u < )

Can legs even bend like that without breaking or dislocating? :o

Yeah, lol. I'm not very strong, but really flexible. I chock that up to my years of ballet. My muscles still want to be bendy, even though I've lost most of the strength after my car accident. That's not the greatest though with my ankles, but getting better! This move is taken from Ballet Beautiful's inner thigh exercises from back when she still offered her exercise videos for free on youtube. :) It lets me practice moves that reconnect me to ballet, which I so loved, but from a yoga mat so there's no danger of hurting my already hurt ankles!
