Mystery revealed! It's Spill, a drama-reporting Youtuber with a classy disposition. I'm not one for drama channels, but Spill's approach is refreshingly academic and mature. This is my take on her cartoon persona. Also, I love the look of natural wood with ivy.

Dimensions: 4.25 x 5.6 in apx (10.8 x 14.22 cm apx) paper
Surface: Piccadilly 44 lb (120 gsm) acid-free sketch paper
Materials: Ink, colored pencils, acrylic paint, gel pen.

Thank you. ^^ The colors were quite interesting to lay down! I took a different approach to it than my usual daily art. If you're ever interested in my Patreon subscriptions, I'd recommend taking a look at the WIPS to see how the colors were plotted. I tend to lean to certain colors, which can result in a consistent style, but it can also result in limitations, so I'm trying to work with a full palette in mind here.
