I discovered today that a rolled up newspaper makes a great pillow for an impromptu nap.

A rolled up newspaper is also useful for getting rid of that stubborn pest 
I feel too guilty to kill something though. i am terrified of spiders for instance, but I usually ca't bring myself to kill them- I'd have to have someone else take care of it. Normally, I try to capture the bugs and take them outside.
That's very noble of you. My mother is like that too and she doesn't like stepping on an ant even though we have so many in the house.
But as for me... I always think that if I was the same size as an ant or spider, it would see me as food. All affection and sympathy would then be lost lol
