Birthday present for Row-chan of her character, Mochi.
Gosh, this turned out much more complicated than I expected!! XD
Hope you like it, sweetie~!
Sorry for the bad white outline... Can't find my tablet pen and I am too tired to try to perfect my use of the mouse pad right now. *shot*

I added the same kind of glitter that I usually do in "Baby" and Delfi's hair for fun. Maybe I'll make a style of it...
When I looked at the thumb I couldn't believe it was traditional piece~! you're SO great~!
MOCHI LOOKS SO CUTE IN YOUR STYLE TOO Q//V//Q
Thank you SO much dear~! I know you worked until late to make it, so thank you really much a lot~!
The lightest color is light peach. Then it goes to "blush," "rose," "magenta," and then "raspberry."
I try to think less of making tone variations out of only one color, but rather making tone variations by using transitions through different colors that represent different values of similar hues. Since these are each rather pinkish, your eyes think of the object as pink, but if I used "raspberry" along with other blue-related colors, you would see it as another blue. The same goes with light peach is you use it in a yellow or an orange color scheme.
honestly when it comes to traditional art, I know... well, p much nothing. my lil sis works with pencils and paint more often than I do, lmao. when I do traditional art I mostly stick to the one pencil and pen and just colour in photoshop or sai... which counts more as mixed media than strictly traditional, I guess--
And yeah~ I would consider that digital art. hee
I'm not good with paint. XD I'm in a watercolor class though right now. WORKING ON IT~! *thumbs up*
always good to learn how to use new materials!! are you gonna post any watercolour art on here??
I don't have the uninterrupted space necessary to work on a watercolor painting at home right now since I'm still going through renovations.
