Mad AI Overlord Asimov/Demerzel ordered Sumeragi Insititutes for defend itself against minos and psychic allies invasion from the spaces.
Epsilon and their puppets invade various city settlement around the worlds. Neo-Tokyo City was one of the main target. Epsilon Inner Circles ordered army and their puppets for invade it however, Neo-Tokyo City is too strong too crush them thanks to various thing such as Army of Sumeragi Falcons, Kamishiro Barriers with power of Muses. making Epsilon send better army including their trump card known as "Libra" Libra is able to crush Army of falcons and massacre kill hordes of Sumeragi Moblie Elimination Forces making Demerzel send his king "Blade" for deal with her.
Libra meet Blade. Both of them started to attack each others without conversations. Libra summons her darts explosive towards her while Blade unleashing her Azure Striker Powers towards Libra. both of them are incredible powerful and dodge each others, fight took several hours and both of them didn't feels tired and barely take damage. then suddenly Chorno Vortex had appeared from nowhere and teleport both Libra and Blade away.
Libra awaken again. then Libra found out she had teleported to Alternate Universe. She tries to calm herself down and tries to find ways for returning to her own timeline. Libra found nothing more than Desert Wasteland and Giant Skyscraper she decided to move toward it but However Blade start to attack her but She unleash electricity power towards her making she got damaged bit, Blade looks Libra with hosility while Libra looks blade with sadistic smiles. Instead of talk each others with nicely and teamup even they realized both of them entered alternate universes. they still not give up & abaddon their target yet. both of them tries to murder and eliminate each others for accomplish mission. who would win. between "Libra" The Apple Eyes of Yuri and key that led to their Utopia. or "Blade" The Enforcer of Totalitrian Nightmare Dictatorship Regimes?
