Cam's bright blue eyes gazed worriedly at Mountainview's gates as he drove the big white ford truck and trailer closer and closer. He knew Naomi would be pissed but he couldn't lie to her. She's his boss pretty much, she's the only reason he was hired as well since she allowed my father to send him there. Goodness, if his father saw him now... getting back from an outlaw trail after being "shot" and killed, but that's nothing considering that he used to be in a gang and all that... and that his dad is a preacher....

The trailer shook and rattled as he turned in off the paved road and onto the red dirt road that lead down through the entire farm. Horses lifted their heads from grazing, some whinnied, some just looked away because grass is far more entertaining. The driveway seemed so much shorter when you're trying to keep away from the end of it but it had to come to a stop.

He parked the truck and sat there for a while, thinking over what to do when he saw her. Lying was not the answer, he may be a cheating man but he's not a lying man. EVER.

He sighed and got out of the truck and took off his t-shirt he wore there then walked back to the small two-horse trailer and opened it and backed The Jerk out before latching the lead rope. Jerk nodded his head and nickered, signalling he was home to the horses that happened to be in the pastures. Cam tugged the lead rope and walked on towards the stallions portion of the barn just to run into naomi herself, leading Outrageous out to a stallion's paddock.

She smiled, "Cam you're back!" she said excitedly, "Did you have fun?" she said and hugged him.

He smiled slightly, "Yeah, tons..."

She frowned, "You got shot didn't you?"

"Yeah...." he nodded, his forced smile leaving.

"That's ok, It's a freaking big bunch of competition there." she said trying to make him smile again.

"How'd you do in the hunger games show?" he asked remembering they had left for each of those competitions around the same time.

Naomi grinned, "Me and Sylvester won. It's kinda hard not to though considering everyone else was riding arabians wish are terrible in the cold mountains." she shrugged.

"Of course you would have won..." He said almost looking like he had rolled his eyes.

"OH! Cam! Your brother and sister are coming to work at the farm too!" Naomi said excitedly, recalling the chat on the phone with pastor Winston from California.

Cam could feel the hairs stand up on the back of his neck with anger, those bastards are gonna follow him here too!? cant they let him have something for himself!? "Why the hell are they coming!?" he asked angrily.

Naomi flinched with his sudden outburst, making Outrageous jump a little as well, "I-I thought you loved them!" she said pleadingly.

"Yeah! away from me!" he yelled.

Naomi growled, "RRR! What am I gonna do with you!? You're impossible to make happy and a good guy at the same time!!!" she yelled back.

"Well Allie may be pregnant!" he bursted out angrily.

Naomi's eyes got big with shock, "By who???" she said with curiosity.

"ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He yelled.

"How the hell could you do something like that to her!" she yelled, "What about your girlfriend?!"

"She's gone!" he said, "She broke up with me one the way home from the outlaw trail!"

"Still! How could you?! What are you gonna do if she IS?" she yelled.

"I dont freaking know! Here take this!" he practically threw the lead rope at her and stormed off toward his house down the road.

Just then Vincent peeked out of the barn, "He's screwed..." He said bluntly.

"I know!" Naomi yelled at him, making Vincent flinch.

"Well I see you're having a nice 'lets make each other mad day' huh?" he mumbled quietly.

yes i am aware Cam has quite the outlaw trail but why not tell about what he had fun with while he was there?
