B: Use "Burn tool","Dodge tool" for doing shadow and light.

C: Paint shadows and lighting color you want.

D: Use Filter "Gaussian Blur" and decorate layer for highlights.

E: Use Texture or Screen Tone shadow on layer and decorate layer for other highlights.

F: Use Texture and decorate layer or draw more to beautify.
