I've just logged into this account for the first time in... years.
And I thought it would maybe be appropriate to leave a message here, since I left kind of suddenly and never came back.
Nothing big happened. It's just life. I've been cosplaying for almost 20 years now and my free years are long since over. It was an easy and fun thing to do during my years at university, also during working on my PhD. But not anymore. I'm a management consultant for some years now and I just don't have the time to continue what I did for many years. Or rather: I do have the time, but after work I'm just too exhausted. I stopped doing many things I love and I found new things to love.
But I also continued some things. I'm still leading Tsuki no Senshi
, Europe's premier anime and manga show troupe, and we're still doing shows all over Germany. This hasn't changed. Ravenic
and me are still together. I love her dearly. We travel a lot. From time to time we're still cosplaying. I just didn't do anything much recently.
Dear friends. I just wanted to say thank you. I owe you a few of the best years of my life. There are many things I did and saw and felt and experienced I woudn't have been able to without you. You shaped me a lot into the person I am - and I think that's a good thing. I'm a happy person. I have a good life. I'm well and loved and good and I wanted to tell you, that I owe you a good deal for that.
I'll never forget that.
This is not goodbye. I'll still be around - and if you want to, you may also follow me into my life now and what I do these days.
For the Facebook guidelines (clear names and all) I'm not active there anymore. So for cosplay, I'm still here on DeviantArt. And for everything else, it's best to search for me on Instagram and Twitter.

I hope life is kind to you, I sincerely do. And I'd love to meet you on the road.
All the best,
