So after making a journal back in 2017 about how I planned on just leaving this place like a time capsule, I no doubt had little foresight that we would end up in a deadly pandemic that would claim over a half-million lives in my country by the time of this journal. Around July of 2020, the boredom of quarantine lead me to pick up the tablet again, and get back into art. I had never really appreciated my own artwork, and felt it was very lackluster. This time, I wanted to really study, develop a style of my own, get good equipment, and train myself. In September the same year, I ended up requiring emergency surgery. I survived the surgery, and I am doing quite well! However this did mean that I was going to be out of work for awhile, and medical bills would be no doubt on the way. If I wasn't dedicated to getting better at art then, I certainly was now. Fast forward to the day of this journal, I made enough money in commissions to warrant needing to file taxes on it.
