Mia Moto: 2017 Version

Been a long time since we've last seen Mia, hasn't it? Not only does she have a completely new redesign, but I also hit the reboot button on her story!
Name: Mia Moto (We know already, but force of habit)
Age: ? (Appears to be around 16)
Story: Mia is a girl who was almost never meant to be, originally created as a digital/virtual avatar for a device, she served as a template for an experiment that would allow digital entities to re-emerge in the real world. Unfortunately the project was seemingly deemed a failure and was ultimately cancelled but it wasn't until a minor power surge caused Mia to quietly reconstruct into a physical manifestation. But there were signs of corruption upon emerging, most notably that the rest of her outfit failed to materialize (which obviously were her pants and shoes) and she seems to have grown a somewhat curvier figure. Confused by her sudden "birth" into the world, Mia feels directionless and unclear what she should do until she was later found by former members of the project, and, after extensive testing, they came to an astounding result. Mia has the ability to interact directly with electronic tech and manipulate it to her image, she is also able to freely infiltrate anything electrical and possess it, yet she has not been able to fully understand her capabilities, as Mia cannot get a firm grasp on her control when manipulating these technologies, often causing power outages and causing harm to other people. As a result, she has been deemed dangerous and is now under much more intensive testing and debugging until she is fully capable at controlling these abilities.

If you couldn't tell, she's essentially a humanized Rotom with what abilities she has.
