Description
Over on Tumblr I participated in some digital trick & treating. For treats I worked on some cetacean photo studies. Not only (hopefully) fun for the recipient, but also great fun for me, not to mention good practice!
I still have several to go (yes there is a good chance this may run to next halloween lol) but these are the ones I've finished so far. At first I wanted to do them within a certain time limit, the minke whale - which was the first - was finished in 20 minutes. But of course for the rest I couldn't resist details so they took longer.
I'm very happy with them though! These are all great fun and gorgeous photos to work from. All of them are from Inaturalist and shared under some Creative Commons license.
