"Joe is known as a world traveler, and part of a select group known as “The Couriers”, whose main cause is to deliver the unusual. She is rather androgynous and her exceptional skills and dedication are seemingly contradicted by her laid-back manner. While versed in both armed and unarmed combat, her single greatest weapon is her mind. Joe is a very clever, keen analyst, and has a talent for improvisation."
