Thanks! It pretty much was painted... all the wrinkles and seams were brushed out in photoshop, along with a composite Winnipeg background added in. Who knew Winnipeg could look so Gotham!
Only in the right areas. And we do have our own evil villains league. I'm treasurer and we meet at the local Starbucks every bi-weekly or so.
