Silent Running Movie Barcode

Inspired by the site [link] I've created a few of these abstract digitalart movie barcodes of the sci-fi Silent Running [link]

The basic process is created by grabbing a still image from the movie every 90 frames. Once collated, the width of each captured frame is then compressed to the width of 1 pixel whilst maintaining the height. Having reduced each frames width, a montage is created in sequence to eventually produce the linear barcode effect.
