Resting on a grey cloud

Well. I don't like this style. It's a lot of work, and it doesn't look very impressive. It probably would have been a lot faster if I'd actually made it with vectors in inkscape, instead of faking it with sketchbook. Yeah it's a fair approximation of the show style, but that's not very interesting. I started being interested in fanart because I saw things like this. Also Celestia looks sad. That wasn't supposed to happen.

Anyway, this is for NATG day 7. The theme is "Draw a pony laying down/Draw a pony lying". Not going to the fibbing route, though I suspect there will be a few Applejacks.
