Flash of Magenta in the Sky

I finally did something. This was a diversion to shake the rust off as I try to work on my latest Real Project™. Over the last year or so I haven't been very engaged with pony. The only thing I really did regularly that had anything to do with the fandom was read a little bit of the Austraeoh series every day on my lunch breaks. Of course now that we're in quarantine I don't even do that anymore, but for a long time it kept me minimally engaged where I otherwise might have just fallen off the horse, so to speak, so I have to thank skirts for making such a fantastically long story that it just never ran out.

This piece was made almost entirely to a soundtrack of replacer songs, which are some of the chillest tunes I've heard from anywhere in a long time, and which definitely contain some kind of subliminal messaging designed to make me appreciate Rainbow Dash more. The title is a lyric snippet from one of those songs. Big thanks to you, wherever you are, for helping me out of my art funk with some absolutely sublime pony music.
