...I have been trying harder to keep uploading work, rather than just being distracted by cool things to do in Blender. I have also rediscovered my Mudpuddle gallery http://gallery.mudpuddle.co.nz/v/NCubed/ so am trying to relocate the images and put them up here as well. Now, where's that charcoal sketch I did in 1994? Under the sofa or in the loft? And what about the one of Cascades from about 1989? Or those inflatable Christmas cards............

...and still so much to do. I keep being surprised by how little of my work I've uploaded. Anyway, I increased the size of the most recent work, so it's easier to see the detail.

This year...

...I will maybe get around to uploading some more work. Have a couple of exhibitions booked because I joined a new art group, so am hoping to produce some more "real" (as opposed to purely digital) work, collect scattered framed and in-progress work and finally take some decent pictures of them. And get much better at Blender (3D software), using it for digital versions of what I consider "art" as well as for planning work I can sculpt/build. (Re: emoticon, I was inspired by friends, an art group meeting and the artwork here, but right now, mmm, zzz...)

And thanks for the fave as well!
hey thanks for all the faves on my work it is very much appreciated, and so sorry for the delay in my reply.
Nice work and thanks for the fave on Deadly Sea Deadly Sky much appreciated
Thank you.

Great piece. I've always liked work that breaks from 2D. I want to see it for real, under different lighting conditions.
well if you ever come to devon give me a shout.....I have my work in a couple of local galleries and shops and if you are down this way in october/november then I have an exhibition running at the landmark theatre in Ilfracombe from the 13th oct to the 15th nov. It looks so different when on display properly and it is everchanging through the course of the day as the natural light reflects on the surface and as for lighting the pieces!!!!! well thats a whole different story.......a million artworks in one!!! Thanks once again for your comments
Welcome to DA.
I know your welcome was a long time ago, but I've only recently noticed the GetWatchers inivitation (and done something about it).

So this is a very tardy thank you.

Two years, I think I'm beginning to settle in.
