Even though Raziel is manipulated by Exion, Exion showed the reasons why he never inherited either of his parents of dragon abilities, he was never intended to hold the raging fire or the healing lighting. He holds a more sacred power, to which is a mystery to why he has this. He spent the many years ignoring the little signs that hinted this power, only to have Exion tell him he was ignoring his ability all this time.
