Storm quick design

New character, Arka and Juniper's first son, Storm.
He was named that after the event that he was born during a snowstorm.
He has no shirt on as I had to design the patch on his shoulder, he was born with a type of skin condition. Rare for a Frost Draman to be born with, the skin gets very sore, dry and cracks and reforms, creating 'scales' and spikes. It also goes slightly blue from the freezing temperatures.
