Had a go at a night time picture.
She had hopes and dreams of having a perfect child when she found out she was pregnant, when her son was born with a dragon-like maw her thoughts changed. Her and her husband became concerned about their new son, how he will cope in life and how others will think of him. Having to alter how they are going to look after him.
