Arka reference 2023

Some refreshed Arka, featuring a slightly revamped outdoor outfit. Couldn't really fit the indoor outfit so that will be done separately, well it's because I had to add the mouth design to show his fangs as they are not seen here and finally showing placement of the marking he has, which took too long to decide where.... But hey I finally got rid of that bag he was carrying the past few references, now he has his fishing spear.
I'm still on the fence over this new style of reference sheet.

A Frost species Draman with an unknown background to many, that is always showing a deadpan gaze.

Arka is an eerily silent type that is seen as a stone cold individual, a stubborn and determined worker.
At times he does talk but it’s a small choice of words that would hardly break his mould, other times he would emit a deep rumbling growl that can easily catch anyone unaware.
Even with this cold outer shell he is deeply caring and protective, he would keep his expressions reserved for those rare moments, so seeing a small gentle softened smile does mean something special. Sometimes his eyes would alter slightly to show emotions like anger or surprise but they are only minute changes.

Arka is an appointed fisherman for the Clan he was with and the one he is with now, he also helps out with other tasks that require some extra help.
When he moved Clans he was feared due to his ominous presence and past, which even the Chief doesn’t talk about, many wonder because of where his original Clan lives and how he is the son of the Chief that resides there. In the end many became more accepting of Arka once they learn of a good deed he has done when a situation happened, a situation where he rescued a female called Juniper, though some are still sceptical about him.

A strange ghostly marking can be sometimes seen on some days on his back. Something he doesn’t talk about due to his silent ways and at times he acts like it doesn’t exist. Touching the hand-like marking on a day it is seen does cause him to react with pain and physically flinch.
