Xin Yue has been a link between the Divination Commission and Xianzhou Yuque's Arbiter-General for 150 years. As a native of Xianzhou, she arranged meetings, created and reviewed battle strategies, and reported those strategies to the Seer Strategist Yaoguang while fulfilling her role in the Divination Commission.
