Our intention is for this group to be a magical place to gather all fantasy races and creatures, such as elves, fairies, nymphs, wizards, warriors, dragons etc...
Anyone is free to join, but before you submit your art, please make sure that you have read our rules:
Your work must be in accordance to deviantART rules and regulations.
The artwork you submit must be your original work. Art theft is not tolerated here.
Please respect the other members and their work.
The artwork you submit must be related to the world of fantasy.
We accept artwork of all type of media and of any skill level, but please try to submit your BEST work. We won’t accept unfinished works or random sketches.
Regarding traditional art, in case you don’t scan your artwork and take a photo of it instead, please make sure to crop properly the picture before your submit it in order to show ONLY the drawing and not the background image (room, furniture, hands etc…)
Mature content (mild nudity/blood etc…) is allowed with the proper filter. What we DO NOT accept is pornography and excessive gore/violence.
From now on, you will be able to submit up to 5 deviations per day.
Please submit your work in the correct folders. Detailed folder description can be found in our gallery, underneath the artwork display. If you think that your work does not match any of the existing categories and you’d feel like a new folder, please don’t hesitate to ask us to create a new one.
A Dragon and Her Shadow: Part 1
A Shattered Realms story
Kraelia restlessly stirred herself awake, growling as the throbbing soreness in her wings ached in protest to the sudden movement. Like a nimble feline, she stretched her fore and hind legs, purring as a cold wave of relief washed over her tender limbs. She blinked away the bothersome sleep still blurring her vision, and noticed that night had risen outside the mouth of the cave, blanketing the sky in pure midnight velvet. Her calm, cerulean-blue eyes then lazily drifted towards the cave's other occupant. He was a man, clad head to toe in layers of dark cloth and black leather armor. His inscrutable countenance, made even more indistinguishable by a black ornamental wooden mask with a face wrought in a white-painted skull, lifted to meet her gaze from his slouched, meditated position.
"Shadow," she warmly greeted, to which he silently nodded in return.
