Q1 and Q2 2018 Recap

Journal Entry: Mon Apr 30, 2018, 8:09 PM
This year has been very emotional for me since late January. Despite settling in my new home in Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh, I've been finding it difficult to handle my emotions and relate to people (even my close ones) without getting overly stressed and/or impulsive. This may be because, in spite of all my productivity and personal development, I had barely connected to people at all.

To make up for it all, I'm now attending a weekly wellbeing discussion group where service users (including myself) can confidentially share our feelings, experiences and coping strategies. Ever since signing up three months ago, this has helped me to genuinely connect with people and make an effort to help them like they help me.

Not only that, but I'm now finalizing the initial draft for a practical ethics book, "Living to C.R.E.A.T.E. (And Not to W.A.S.T.E.)", which will focus on the importance of human values and how they will help solve crucial problems (i.e. namely anger, pain and loneliness). This will be my most meaningful project as most of the wisdom included will stem from my own experiences throughout life.
