buggo friends; fireflies/lightning bugs, for sure! - monochromatic modernesque designs - anything that sparkles and glimmers

belittlement - being ignored or shunned by others - those that judge him harshly, especially for his appearance - bullies
endangerment of those dear - know-it-alls, self-entitled pricks and so on - sitting still for too long - loneliness - strict rules
his own imperfections - any sort of meat - neon colors - heights - losing - being useless - colder temperatures - rain - candy
water and or getting soaked - a lack of touch/affection - total darkness [happy to have his flame!] - heccin cars THEYRE HUGE
no plushies??? - loud, sudden noises - anything that bores him - overpowering scents - messiness - destruction of nature

O T H E R :.

Marcus CANNOT fly!! unlike modern day birds, he is unable to lift his wings above his shoulders which prevents
him from flying altogether. the archaopteryx wings may have taken that away from him, but it doesn't stop him from
gliding like a total pro! [this is also why he fears heights as much as he does!]

the bigger and brighter his tail blazes, the more emotional he is feeling; the change in color also signifies what he's feeling.

his crystal legs are rather fragile, like a hollow sort of glass material - thus, he treads quite carefully with them.
however, they are incredibly sharp and jagged [especially as claws] which make for good weapons!

believe it or not, Mark is capable of handling controllers and playing games :3c for what his archae-upgrade robbed
him of, it more than made up for in granting him use of tiny clawed fingers! [if you couldn't guess, FF13 is his favorite game aw]

a lot of Mark's insecurities stem from the fact that others would typically take one look at him and assume that his many
upgrades [especially Ancient] were something to be feared and avoided. the truth is, he wanted those upgrades to become
stronger and more dependable for others...not to hurt anyone. regardless of how often he is turned away for them, he does
not intend to ever undo his changes nor looks. the addition of a Halo was adopted in hopes that it would make him more approachable, though.

Mark LOVES good rhythm! he is relatively talented in maintaining every beat he hears
quite flawlessly [and he prides himself on this, too XD]. when it isn't FF, it;ll most likely be some sort of rhythm game he plays.

nobody knows how it came about exactly, but Marcus truly believes that a plushy can harbor a part of its owner's soul.
because of this he thinks of them as valuable and something to protect, though if he dislikes somebody he will try to
steal their plush and attempt to devour that piece of their 'essence.' it goes without saying that he's very guarded of his own plushies.

tbh even though he doesn't mean to be so snappy, he will definitely nip or bite if he goes without coffee for too long (lmao).

getting his tail wet [dowsing it down to an ember] will result in weakening him to a degree, so he guards it close.

Marcus seeks to be as powerful as he can be, so he continues to research magic in hopes of learning more spells.
