    Fate shall be your undoing.

Fate watched everything through her game box, the green flash of the scene that showed the players of the game mirroring her gleaming white eyes. No, they weren’t just white- they oozed with green at the ends like tar. They had no pupils, just an endless white world with the stories laid out like- a game board.

Fate sees all as her game.

Slamming and slamming the buttons of the game box, Fate laughed and laughed as her players acted out the parts she wished them to play, spoke the words she had written out like scripts for a film. They fell in love, cried with grief, and laughed at the rain coming down from the heavens. It did not matter to Fate for she had decided all that. In the end, the players either died heroically or miserably. It did not matter to her yet again. She was the sinister one laughing behind the game box. The “Gamemaster”. No one shall stop her or her vigorous game.

    Fate cannot be merely destroyed.

“Send in mortal armies my way,” Fate said to herself and to anyone else that could hear in the darkness of her game room with only the flash of the game box to offer light. “Send all of the courts my way! It does not matter. None of this matters but the games I play! FOR I AM THE GAMEMASTER AND NO ONE SHALL STOP ME! NO ONE!!

But her only audience was the green glare of the game box that reflected the lives she held with her impish small hands.

Fate cannot always be easily tricked.

Years passed. Years upon years upon years as Fate sought out protagonist over protagonist to her deceitful game. A cruel smile on her lips, she reached out to another mortal to play with and laughed. But somehow, her cracked laugh seemed dull in the darkness of the room, echoing through the walls that hung nothing- no memories of the pleasant but instead of the flash of the game box gleaming green in the eyes of Fate herself.

“Let this be pleasantly entertaining for the next thousands of years…”

But even Fate can play her own demise.

“Work, you useless work of trash! I command you!” Fate slammed hard onto the button of the game box, yearning for the familiar feel of the green glare of the screen opening in front of her eyes, the endless possibilities of people she could play with. Toys, they were to her, but for how long? Already, it seemed as if even the game box had enough of the stories and games.

“Work! Work! Work!” She howled out to the heavens and slammed her fist one more time at the box. Nothing came out- not even a flash of green light that illuminated the room brightly. Now, it seemed as if the game room grew colder and darker every minute Fate stood there, staring at the dead box with cold, white eyes.

It may be her own game that shall be the downfall of Fate herself, but lest to be sure, even fate can play with Fate.

Fate stared out into the darkness and wondered if this was worth it all. The power she gained from that foolish Manju, the players she entertained herself with like dolls. Was this very concept of The Games worth it, only to be stuck in cold stillness, alone in the end?

But just like that, as if listening to her thoughts, the game box shuddered to life, the eerie flash of green penetrating through the dark, the face of a new protagonist printed out like a chess board. A player to be cast out into the Game of Life.

And with that, Fate smiled, her eyes oozing with green and greed. For only Fate the Imp could do no other bidding.

Let the Fate game begin once more!
A contest entry celebrating Three Times and all its' awesomeness.   But also to BubbleDriver, the creater of the comic who made me fall in love with the story and characters so much. I hope you enjoy this- it's a bit different from what you might have expected, but I wanted to stray from the story a bit and concentrate more on the glorious villain, Fate the Imp. She would have been an adorable thing if she wasn't greedy for power, lol. (All that staring at the screen must be bad for her sight. :P)

If you haven't seen the comic, you defintely should. You won't regret it, I promise. :D :thumb621080332: fav.me/da9rwng

Anyways, that's all for you guys now. I started on the next chapter for ZSC and I'm so excited for what's the come. If you liked this, leave a like, a comment, or watch me. I love you all and I'll see you later. Buh-bye!
