The only word I can come up to describe her is a poacher. She is part of a corporation that hunts and captures "Mythical" Mobians, such as 9 tailed foxes, phoenixes, ect.
She’s after Arty’s tails and probably would kill her given the chance. In a previous encounter with Arty. she cut off one of her tails, the tail of immortality, making Arty mortal. She and the corporation she's part of are trying to figure out how to harness that energy.
She has a chao named Shimmer, who was given to her by someone in the corp fully evolved.
