“Okay boys, all of our drinks are gonna be on Icey until he says it!” Denmark’s loud voice rang through the walls.

‘What the hell is he talking about now?’ She questioned to herself. ‘You know what, I don’t care.’ She went back to the letter she was writing, trying to ignore whatever the Dane was talking about. Until his obnoxiously loud voice was heard again.

“Oh Iceland don’t be such a baby, there’s no reason to get pissy!”

‘Seriously what is going on with those idiots?’ Then she heard footsteps coming towards her door. But before he could even knock-

“Come in.” She stated, already knowing who it was.

She put the letter she was working on away as Iceland opened the door and walked in her room.

“You already knew it was me, huh?”

“Well, yeah, who else would be waiting at my door?” She gave a little smirk.

A moment of silence passed by before she spoke again.

“So, what was that all about?” She inquired.

“What are you talking about?” He had a confused look on his face.

“I’m talking about what happened with Denmark.”

“Oh, well I just got my test results back and-”

“What? That’s great! Sit down and lemme see!” She insisted

He sighed but complied to her demands, handing her the letter and taking a seat as she read the letter aloud.

“‘Here are your DNA test results. Our findings indicate a 99% probability that Mr. Norway is in fact your brother! Iceland, this is great news!-” She immediately stopped herself after noticing the look on his face. “What’s wrong?”

“Did you show them yet?”

He just simply nodded.

“So, what did they say?”

No response

Then she remember overhearing the rest of the Nordics ‘conversation’

“You caved didn’t you? You actually called him ‘Big Brother’?”

He sat there, staring at the floor. “Shut up” He muttered

“You're pretty lucky, I mean yeah it doesn’t make much of a difference at this point, since you’re all like brothers anyway, but at least you get to be with your brother” Her voice began to saden. Iceland noticed this and lifted his head up.

“Are you alright?” He questioned, concerned.

“Oh... yeah... I’m fine”

“What’s wrong?”

“It’s nothing…” She stared at the ground thinking for a second. “It’s just I don’t really get to see my sister very often”

“Yeah, I don’t talk about her very much”

“Why not?”

“Because, I just… I feel like a horrible sister”

“Why would you say something like that?” “What happened to her?”

“That bastard Russia is what happened to her.” She was now on the verge of tears.

“I’m listening”

“Well... you see... my sister and I, we were inseparable. I had the army and she had the workers. It was perfect, until-” She tried to hold back her tears but somehow one fell loose, running down her cheek. “Until Russia came along. My troops held him back, but with all the chaos going on I wasn’t able to get to her in time, in time to save her. And by the time I was able to reach her... that bastard Russia had already won” She couldn’t take it anymore her rage and sorrow consumed her and tears flowed down her face like a waterfall.

Concern clear on his face as he stood up and took a stepped towards her. “______, are you-”

“Get out.” She sobbed

“I said GET OUT!”

He was shocked, he’s never seen ______ cry before. He wasn’t exactly sure what to do but he was sure of one thing, he wasn’t about to leave her alone. Silence fell upon the two of them until she spoke again.

“I’m sorry” She whispered between sobs. “I didn’t mean to lash out at you like that.”

Suddenly she felt herself being pulled up from where she was sitting and pulled into a hug. She didn’t have the strength to push him away and instead melted in his tight embrace, crying on his shoulder.

“It isn’t fair” She cried

“I know, but I’m here for you nonetheless” He reassured her.

“Thank you”
This is my first story so I'm sorry if Iceland seems OOC at all.
