This is HM Almost Black, a black Thoroughbred with sabino traits.  "Mosty" is a half-brother to Saki Harusame's primary steed, the Anglo-Arabian HM Black Velvet and Lace.  The two of them share the same Thoroughbred sire HM Al Nilam. 

Mosty is a "hot horse", give him a job, especially running or jumping, and he's all over it.  He's also good at working cattle, pushing sheep, and teasing bison.
