Perfect. I love it. Your lines are so amazing. I know you probably get asked all the time, but the sculpey you use. Do you bake it too? And is it a special kind of super sculpey because i've only ever seen the skin tone stuff.

I think this is one of the nicest sculptures I've seen so far... That's easy to say, I never really looked at any sculptures, but someone showed it to me, and I like it. :)

It just gets better and better with every model!
The finished surface texture looks very nice this time around.
The folds in the fabric are great and once again the interpretation of the 2D is
Have you thought of doing full scenario setups or 2 character interactives?
MumboJumbo's avatar
Wow, Glad to hear from you Hydrart! I'm so flattered you like my progression!! I'm glad you noticed the surface texture; I really focused on the surface, to get it as smooth as possible. I started using Turpenoid on the models, and it seems to help out a bit!! Thank you for the kind words!

I haven't thought of doing a full scenario, but Doing 2 characters interacting is on my agenda. I have my eye on a couple of characters I want to do together, we'll see. My next model I'm posting has some props, which is the first time doing props for any character! So I'm excited to see how everything turns out! I'll keep ya posted on the ever doing a full scenario would seem fun to do!

Oh, and I wanted to let you know that I'm practicing to paint too, well, paint the models...not on Canvas or anything. So, hopefully I can become a well rounded sculptor and actually paint my models. We'll see how that goes hehe. If you have any tips on painting I'd like to hear! ;) Thanks for the comments, you're amazing!

MumboJumbo's avatar
Thanks! so happy you like it! hehe, And I specified in my journal about painting, so I'll just cut and paste it here ;) "And I don't paint any of my models because several reasons: I don't have the right tools to paint the, I don't know how to paint, I've very nervous that I might mess it up, and I don't have time to paint..hehe. I just want to focus as much as I can to sculpting. And maybe after I become pro enough I'll work on painting...that will only make me become a well rounded sculptor. but for now I'll just stick with sculpting!" hehe, But I will attempt painting again, just not yet! :)
