One of the new Animated universe characters introduced in the BotCon 2011 preview comic "Moving Violations", Crumplezone! Yes, he is an Autobot! He's an amiable lummox, really, but his best bud Ransack just keeps getting him into trouble...
Bringing Ransack and Crumplezone back for another round of mischief was great fun. The indomitable Derrick J. Wyatt did the original design sketches for the characters, and let me do the final inks and colors.

Great work! I always wanted a Crumplezone (especially the Dark variet depicted here), but he wasn't easy to get over here. Damn.
