Human Chandelure

I've wanted to draw a human version of this Poke on for a very long time now finally I got the time to actually draw it yay for me ;;w;;

I may have made the left side lamps a bit darker then the ones on the opposite side, it's hard to fully see it so I'm very sorry for that
