If there is a example on how to make a sexy female character (Other than Jasmine from Disney's Aladdin)... it is Chel from The Road To El Dorado.

The Road To El Dorado was a film which I watched a few times way back when I was 7 and completely forgot about it until I re-watched it recently - Then..... then it came back.

Chel is one beautiful and sexy character and is considered to be one of the best female characters in all of animation. Her body design to her irresistible characterisation was what made T.R.T.E.D a iconic animated film and her sexy and cute voice provided by Rosie Perez, who did a wonderful performance.

So yeah, Chel is one beauty of a character and certainly left a legacy in animation.
