Converse with stockings -- this is a new concept to me. I think of stockings with high heels and converse with white socks, for some reason. I guess this is called "old school."
And your legs don't seem stuffy -- are you quite short?

I don't see many people doing this, I myself don't do it often but on spring days that are on the cooler side, I like to wear stockings to keep myself a little warmer. And yes, I'm 5 feet 2 inches :P
