When I stepped out of that stage, all of my colors were unsaturated, but after a while I yearned for color once more so I stepped back into that ring. But I'm so not into over-accessorizing or powering.
I've had a lot of friends go through it (and some still are), and they've introduced me to most of the anime and manga I've enjoyed, as well as a bunch I haven't, hahah. I like animation, comics, and culture from around the world, so I never really categorized it all that separately? XD The Japan/Korea/etc obsessors can be annoying though, particularly when they act as if they are experts on a culture because of some cartoon they watch.
yes as no... I was never big on it, but i was boarderline if i ever got into draw people then im sure i would have been a big weeaboo but i've ALWAYS had trouble drawing them so i ended up getting more into the furry fandom
Oh man, Ireland is beautiful. ;; I'm afraid if I went there I wouldn't want to leave.
But yeah, I've had a Love Hina OC *brick'd to the face sooo hard* and characters with my friends that jumped to different anime universes. ;; SO many bad anime stories and crossover stories. soooomannnnyyy
I was definitely a weeaboo for a couple years in highschool but I grew out of it. Now I would say I'm just a huge fan of Asian cultures in general, but not Japan specifically. I can speak and read some Taiwanese Mandarin and I've visited Hong Kong, Macau, and South Korea before, and loved it there (at least HK and Korea... Macau is just casinos, nothing too interesting xD). I can read kana and hangul and also a fair share of kanji and hanja due to my exposure to both traditional and simplified hanzi in my Chinese studies. I'll likely study abroad somewhere in Asia within the next year, probably in Korea, Taiwan, or Japan. I've also been called an egg before by my Asian friends at college. ._.
Haha I'm not much of a world traveler but I hope to be someday. xD It's looking likely that I will study at Korea University within the next year now. :3 Way freaking cheaper than going to my own school in the US too.

I would say no because I didn't know about anime or any of that till like the eighth grade and I didn't know about all of it still because I didn't have internet till freshman year, so I would say no XD I just liked it then, and watched it when it played on adult swim. And I say I'm not one now, knowing all of it now asdkf <- I don't think any of that made sense pffffff
But for me, as with anything I like comes a bitter hatred and loathing for the fandom. Invader Zim and Homestuck have probably the worst fandoms for me, so I turn into a hermit and enjoy these things by my lonesome.
I AM TOO WOW. Part of me is even more glad it wasn't TOO anime-based. Anime was there, but my interests were still Western-based haha.
