Please, for the love of God, forgive me for this lol. This is purely for fun
=PoulNyrup made a comment that Windows 3.11 reminded him of the good old days and thought a skin based on it would be cool. This is the result of me listening to him lol
Windows 3.11 never had a close button or a taskbar so I have created them as though they were originally with it and have tried to replicate every little quirk of an old OS for a new OS. It might look like a simple skin but this was actually quite challenging for some strange reason
I've even tried to make the preview in the same style.
