This is a really awesome animation sequence, but, like everybody else it seems, I sorta gave up on the text o.o;; It's really cool overall, though. Good stuff!

Incredible! The direction is excellent and the animation is seamless, though I have to say that the fact that the text and some of the images move by too fast us a little annoying. It's paced just like a classic noir film, and the part with your name and the bullets flying across it was just classic. I also love the dialogue scenes because of the style in which you did them; showing only their heads from the eyes up, letterboxing the scenes, having the text run by on the bottom. About the animation: the fast scenes, the fight scenes and the scene where the guy unsheathes his sword, were excellently done. Some anime aren't even animated that smoothly!

Regarding the style in which you drew this: I'm sure some people would ask for more color and embellishment, but I say that it's simplicity makes it more stylish and prevents the viewer from getting distracted by flashiness. Over all, I have to say that this was pretty incredible, and I so can't wait to see the finished product!
