Down Time

I'm back in Afghanistan for the third time, currently at a Forward Operating Base. Some Rescue Aircrewmen pass the time with the game of cards.

One of the paradox of being on rescue or medevac alert is wishing for a mission to break the boredom, but regretting the reality of why the mission has dropped.
