Description
This is Time Snail, another Elementoid. His weapon is the Time Bombshell (his shell). With it, he can slow time down to the point where seconds equal minutes, making it seem like he's moving at hyper-speed. At normal speed, he sounds like he's talking in slow-motion. I realize his head doesn't resemble a snail's head, I had to work with what I could.
