Robotective Series 11 Seapphire

This is Seapphire, a new Robotective. Instead of legs, she has a mermaid tail. Because of it, she is useless on land. She was originally designed to rescue divers in trouble beneath the waves. The sapphire embedded in her torso (her "Belly Battery") gives her the power of water and keeps her energized as long as it's wet. This is because it absorbs the oxygen particles in water and turns it into energy for her. She can keep it dry for a while, but when her torso makes a growling noise, she has to get it wet again. Her only weapon is a trident (dubbed the "Neptune Lancer"). She is often considered an aquatic princess. She is more mature than Ms. Justice. Because of her design, she has a great appreciation for marine life.
