Robotective Series 08 Zapp Thunder

This is Zapp Thunder, a new Robotective. He was originally a robot designed to work at an electricity plant. His power of lightning allows him to kick-start a generator if it goes offline. However, his power of lightning can often short-circuit him. As a result, he's afraid to use it. His arsenal consists of various lightning-themed weapons. The list includes:

-A pistol that shoots lightning (dubbed the "Shock Musket")
-A pole that redirects lightning (dubbed the "Lightning Rod")
-Force fields
-Energy blasts from his hands/feet
-An electromagnet that absorbs his enemies power

His special ability is, "Rising Thunder," where he summons the electricity of nearby machinery, crosses his arms in an 'X' formation in front of him, and short-circuits his enemies with a super-charged energy blast. This ability also drains Zapp for approximately one hour.
