Description

This is Flash Firefly, another Elementoid. His Flash Laser will blind his opponents, disorient them, and short-circuit electronics simultaneously. It won't work on you if you're blind and/or wearing sunglasses. Flash Firefly himself also suffers the effects of his own weapon. Shadow Bat has an advantage over him and vice versa.
