Electrocute

These are Electrocutes, a species of Electric-type Pokemon I came up with. Their name is derived from "electricity," and "cute." They are artificially created in labs from genetic material from a Pikachu, a Pachirisu, and a rabbit. Female Electrocutes can use Attract. All Electrocutes can use Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, and Fury Swipes. If two Electrocutes work together, they double their attack power. Another thing about them is that they can all speak human and have no evolutionary forms.
