Description
This is Cyclone, for Eli-J-Brony's TUFF Agents series. He is the scout of the TUFF Rescue Robots, robots to help agents out of trouble when their TUFFRanger suits aren't enough. Ironically, one lone Rescue Robot can do what a team of TUFFRangers can't. Cyclone is built for aerial rescues and uses his wing and propeller apparatus to fly and create localized tornados.
