This is Blue Leviathan, Queen of the Sea. She's a whale/submarine/spaceship hybrid. With her whale DNA, she can hold her breath for a good, long while. With her metallic enhancements, she can't age. She can fly from earth to the edge of the solar system in five seconds. She's also part of a Voltron-like combiner.
