Just some random thoughts after the holidays... I was one of the poor souls trapped by Comair/Delta's crashed flight booking system over the holidays.  Interesting experience.  I was flying to North Carolina from Utah via Cincinnatti, Ohio.  My layover flight was only delayed by 6 hours, in contrast to some of the poor people who had been living in the airport for 4 days.  Got lucky and was able to catch the third flight out, once they started flying again.
