I portray a scene when Sphinx were built by the commandment of a pharaoh.
The most accepted theory is that Pharaoh Khafre is responsible for building the Sphinx.
Another theory is that Pharaoh Khufu (Khafre's father, who also built the great pyramid of Giza) built the Sphinx.

Yeah,I've heard those theories,too and I think that one of those accepted theories is most likely how the sphinx came to be. But there are certainly a lot more theories on how the pyramids came to be than there are for the sphinx.
