A 1/43rd scale diecast model from The Franklin Mint...Part of a series called "The Classic Cars Of The 60s" (See for further description of that series.)
The Tonneau cover over the rear seat was optional for the 4-seater T-Birds. I don't know whether it was factory- or dealer-installed, but someone at Ford figured everyone missed the 2-seater T-Birds.

THE ABOVE CAR WAS SEPERATE FACTORY MODEL CALLED THE "THUNDERBIRD-ROADSTER";-----
--(basely a PACKAGE) --BUT IT WAS THE ONLY T -BIRD THAT CAME WITH THOSE SPINNER HUBCAPS;
& FOR A --VERRY GOOD REASON!!!---FOR ALL OTHER T-BIRDS CAME WITH FENDER-SKIRTS!!!!!!!!-----------(which the REAR spinners would NEVER clear!!)
& YES,--FOR LESS MONEY YOU COULD GET A CONVENATIONAL CONVERTABLE!!
--AND LASTLY;-----IT WAS AVALABLE AT LEAST 1 YEAR INTO
THE 1964-66 GENERATION!
