Well it looks like forever since the last time I posted a journal, but hey, here it is! Hello everybody! :wave:It's already some time since I wrote a journal, and today is definitely a time to write a new one!Squirrel ( That Is My Nut, Find Your Own ) was chosen as a finalist of about 3,400 entries in a Photographer's Forum's Spring Contest! It will be printed in a limited edition book "Best of Photography 2010" along with all the finalists!I still have a chance to be one of the 4 winners or to make it to 100 Honorable Mentions (which would be amazing), but this already is a huge surprise and I am so happy for it.I am so excited :)How is it going for you these days? Competition Win and some thoughts
Just a quick update, that last Sunday, April 25th, I won in a small competition $100 (it wasn't first prize, but I was one of 8 that won out of 100 people total) towards art supplies or other spending in that area (including camera :woohoo:); I submitted two of mine drawings and the picture of squirrel :).
