This began as a personal piece for me, but it's certainly open to interpretation. I have always enjoyed putting countless hours into my artwork to (Hopefully) achieve a realistic feel.

There is a sense of satisfaction when something you've created begins to look *REAL*...I've been chasing that rush from the day I started mangling Crayons
Most of the work is done with FW acrylics, and premier Color pencils. I layer several transparent washes of acrylics, and build up further detail with color pencil. I stay VERY light with the color pencils, keep em "Sharp enough to poke out a Maggots eyeballs" as my master * would say. Then you can lay washes over the pencil granite softening the texture.
I am taken back by all of your wonderful comments.
*Thank you so much for all of the inspirationLink............................................
